Hour 1 of unplugging:

I started the challenge of unplugging from all social media today at around 8:00 pm. I decided to do it today because I mainly contact the other staff through social media since I'm part of the school newspaper. Also, I had an event with the cheer club today, so I was messaging my friends to ask where we could meet up. 

So far, I'm not struggling with boredom since I just decided to binge-watch Gilmore Girls on my TV. Sometimes, I want to check people's stories on Instagram or see what people post on X.
